Who am I?
I'm a former club kickboxer / Mixed Martial Artist who trained at one of the best martial arts facilities in the world ... The Degerberg Academy of Martial Arts in Chicago.
I also won the Presidents Physical Fitness Award twice in 1969 and 1970.
I am a regular guy and Dad who in 1995 after my Daughters came into my life, developed a "lifestyle" that allowed me to spend great time with my Kids, yet still keep in shape by cleaning my home and using the "stuff" in my home as exercise equipment. It also goes into great detail on developing an ATTITUDE that enjoys physical activities, eating better, and even using Jesus Christ / Scripture to help you stay on the fitness "lifestyle."
